TORNADO TREE TRIMMING

Terrible. Never showed up when he was supposed to. Did not know how to build a drain culvert, Had to have it redone after i let him go.

I hired this company to do some minor landscaping and lawn work after they told me they were landscapers also. The owner kept telling me not to worry he knew what he was doing. He bragged about having multiple crews and equipment. He bragged that my project was small in comparison to others. He stalled me for 2 months because he had to travel to sports tournaments. When I started pushing he showed up with 2 boys and a borrowed tractor with a rototiller to install 300 feet of rock lined drainage ditches. He brought in huge pieces of rip-rap that were made for highway construction and banked up the side of my existing ditch so water could no longer drain. Then the rains and because of what he left me with I lost lots of fill and part of my driveway. Best thing I did was to fire him. An expensive lesson to learn. He may be great for trees but a landscaper he is not. BEWARE!

Friday evening, after a storm, a huge section of a large walnut tree fell near our house. The rest of tree was very old, damaged at the base, and poised to fall on the rest of the house. Saturday morning, we called several companies that were well reviewed on Angie's List, and consulted with a general contractor (Chris Nemec of Nemec Construction) who we had previously found on Angie's List and were very pleased with. Chris recommended John Health, as someone he has worked with in the past. Of all the tree services that came out to bid on the work, John made us the best offer: he matched the best offer we rteceived from the other tree services, and was able to do the work same day in spite of a busy schedule. We were very impressed with the speed, quality, and cost of the work we received from John, and hope to hire him in the future if the need arises.
