we were given the run around from the minute he walked into the house. when we mentioned that we would like him to snake the pipe to fix the clog, he stated that snakes were antiquated and no one used them anymore. He told us that he needed to return the following day and use a camera to see the clog so he would know what he was dealing with. We agreed to pay the extra fee to use the camera and even agreed for the pipe to be cut so the camera would fit. After about 20 minutes of him slopping sewage into our basement, he stated that he now knew which way the pipe ran and proceeded to pull out the camera. we were extremely confused and questioned his original statement of needing to see the source of the clog. When he began packing up his tools to leave, we questioned what our money was actually for and why he didn't fix the issue. When we stood our ground about him fixing what he was paid to fix, he told us that he could "snake" it for us. This is after he told us that the snake was an antiquated technology and that no one used them anymore. He began to give us a long story about all he work we needed done and he would need to replace ALL the pipes in the house. He gave us an estimate of around $2000 to "repair" the clog. From the beginning, he was trying to sell us on a much larger job. He started with replacing all of the inside pipes of the house and morphed into digging up the whole back yard to replace those pipes as well. We were so offended and frustrated that we asked him to leave. We ended up fixing the clog ourselves, which was roots in the pipe, and it only cost us approximately $50 total. That included buying a shovel and a couple other tools for the job. Our opinion... USE SOMEONE ELSE!!!

Arrived early, continued working in spite of light on and off drizzle. Jason and his assistant installed two natural gas lines to my basement and family room. Neat, professional and friendly at a good price. Highly recommended.
