Description of Work: They put in a new heat pump for a condo I own. Did a great job at a reasonable price and also handled making sure I got my rebate from Duke Energy. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Spring AC/Heating service including cleaning outdoor coil, filters, check temp drop through indoor coil, check all controls.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. They came to do a quote the day after I called, and provided several options at different price levels. We approved the work, and they started two days later and finished the same day they started. They sent the invoice very quickly. I cant think of one thing to be critical of; it went extremely well. I will call them for all my future work.
Description of Work: Replaced broken lights on the subdivision singage, replaced pagoda lights in common area, flood light instalation, replaced photocell.
