It was very good. The quality of the work and clean up was very good.

They showed up and weren't really that professional. They were supposed to get back to us but they never got back to us. They didn't do any work. I wouldn't use them. They were supposed to get back to us but they never did. It was a very low quality really. They showed up on time. He was professional.

They charged about $25 an hour for the work that they did and their price was very good. They do all types of landscaping. I dealt closely with the owner Jeff Cossgrove. He was hands on, here all the time with ideas, and did a great job supervising. They do it all and they are awesome. They worked hard and the weather did not stop them. We had a water outage when they were mixing the mortar for the stone. They went to the lake to get lake water so that they continue the work. I had no issues with them at all. They are probably one of the best companies that I have ever worked with. They have a wonderful work ethic. I would recommend them to anyone!

We moved into our freshly built house and it became evident that not enough site work was done to protect the house. The house was cut into on a fairly steep lot which necessitated the additional sitework. Chris came to the house several times to go over plans with us. Some modifications were made to try to keep costs down. Some items such as the extra sitework needed to keep the ground from eroding which the builder allegedly did not perform to expectations. Additional dirt was brought in and sitework creating better slopes and installing the retaining wall not only for holding the dirt , but also for appearances. This included extending some drains that terminated far short of the ditch. Installed more drains to assure that water did not languish against the house causing for deterioration of the foundation. The builder had the drains from the gutters and back of house ending halfway down the lot, not bothering to extend the drain down to the ditch. The work was sometimes delayed by weather but Chris rescheduled to work around the weather. Also, the work was done in stages so the plants and trees could be put in the soil for the least amount of hurt to the plants. As stated, Chris and Southwinds Landscape Company did a great ;job. Was able to resolve issues that were not part of the original agreement. Due to the anticipated cost of the scope of work, several different landscape companies put in bids. They were in the cost range but none gave us anything but very rough hand drawn layouts, if that much. We cid not know exactly what we would be getting. Chris and Southwind Landscaper was the only company that did a computerized layout of what sitework would be necessary, along with the placement of the specific plant. Chris stayed on top of all that was being done including helping out the workers as necessary. Chris will be doing more landscaping as the time of year permits.

I am very happy with them. They were excellent. They did an excellent rock work. Aesthetically it turned out beautiful.

Their work was above expectations for us.
