+ -1 moreThey installed new plumbing in my new home. There are leaks and other issues. I have called them numerous times to fix the issues and cannot get a callback. You would think a veteran-owned company would stand by their work.

+ -1 moreWe bought the replacement pump and had it waiting for him. He installed the pump. He also noticed there was an error code coming from one of our tankless heaters. He advised that we call the gas company to diagnose the issue with our gas pressure. The service was perfect. He had glowing reviews on our local Homeowner's Association website. He's very skilled and knowledgeable. He's also reasonably priced.
Description of Work: He installed a recirculator pump on our hot water system.

+ 0 moreOnce you get a hold of someone to come out, they are great! Just getting the whole process started takes a little longer than desired. I know they are busy and they do good work though. Although, once you do get to talk to someone, they are very punctual!! They rechecked a tankless water heater they had installed a few years prior - reset the machine and recommended things we could do differently. Very professional and they didn't charge us a penny!

+ -1 moreHad a commitment from Semper Fi to do my rough in plumbing. At 10pm the Sunday before the week they were to start, I received an email telling me they had a bigger job they needed to do and they would not do my job for another month. No way I could wait that long. Forced me to scramble to try and find another plumber. Very surprised and disappointed that Semper Fi did not live up to their commitment. Just a warning, if they get a better/bigger offer, your job could be in jeopardy.

+ -1 moreAbout 2 months after installation, the new disposal fell completely out of the plumbing connections. I called the given number several times and received no answer. I assumed they were out of business and out of town. Sumney reconnected the disposal successfully and modified a connection of a new faucet to the sink to my satisfaction.
Description of Work: Disconnected old kitchen sink, run new valves and replumb kitchen sink and disposal for dishwater and supplied new faucet on deck.

+ -1 moreGreat! They came on time, solved a few found needs and repaired them. Checked everything well, so no leaks. Steve Holsinger was supplied by our counter top installers, Mountain Showcase, so I did not have a break down of what his cost was. I would use him again.

Description of Work: We used the services of Semper Fi Plumbing to install a rinnai tankless water heater in the year 2010. I don't remember the price, but I do know that it is green technology and so we got a tax break on it.

Description of Work: This company made a pitch at our Condo Annual Meeting. He wanted to install Renai tankless water heaters, offering a volume discount. He had put one in for my neighbor. I signed up. He kept me on the string all summer promising to schedule, and then stopped returning my calls for months. I had PSNC come out for an estimate and they would NOT install one because Renai would not stand behind using their unit with my Aquatherm heating system and recommended against it. At my neighbor's, I saw that Semper-Fi used an extension chord to plug in the Renai to the light fixture in her outdoor balcony utility closet that has no outlet. That is a fire violation. My neighbor has to use a string to turn on the closet light, now, because using the switch turns off the Renai. The string is another violation. The unit seems to work, but if problems occur I don't know if the warranty is any good. I would not recommend Semper-Fi.

+ 0 moreThe actual work went well. At the last minute, Semper Fi had to change the date and time. No problem. Semper Fi's crew did a good job. I write this report approximately eight months later because of my irritation with this contractor. I called them three times about another matter: a strange noise that I am hearing from the kitchen sink. I wanted to get some advice or set up a service call. After one of my messages, the owner's wife returned my call and said her husband will call me. He never did return the call. It feels like the only time I would get a return call only when I had more business for Semper Fi.
Description of Work: This contractor shut off the propane gas line and tapped into it with black pipe. They ran the pipe to my chosen location and hooked it to the propane heater that I purchased separately. *** There was no asbestos removal. This job was for the installation of a propane gas heater. ***
