Description of Work: John is extremely professional. Our white carpets were stained and dirty and had not been cleaned in many years, they looked like new when he left. Description of Work: I forget the man's name but he showed up on time. He was very thorough with pre sweeping each room. He took about three hours and the carpets looked Awesome. I would recommend him and will certainly have him back.

 + -1 moreHe did an excellent job. I have asthma and allergies and the cleaning procedure was very different from other companies. He actually raked the carpets after cleaning every single spot in the home. Some spots we had no idea what it was! He was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Description of Work: Cleaned carpets in a very large rental home. He came to give me an estimate and actually measured each space to clean. I knew exactly HOW much he would charge and not just a telephone estimate.

 + -1 moreSince the property is not our primary residence, we had considered hiring a national chain to take advantage of their carpet cleaning special. When we showed the carpet stains to a friend, she recommended PlumKleen. The results were well worth the price; no national carpet cleaning company is going to spend the time that John did without up-charging for additional services. John provided a firm price quote (based on square footage) before beginning and that's what it cost; no surprises or attempts to charge more than his quote.
Description of Work: My wife and I recently purchased a rental property that needed some general cleaning and painting. The carpeting in the great room and master bedroom had some significant stains and looked worn (especially in the high traffic areas). John from PlumKleen Services spent nearly four hours making sure that every area was clean and looked as good as the rest of the carpet.
