Brodie designed a beautiful kitchen for us within our budget. He had creative ideas to achieve a more expensive look at a lower cost, and the result is gorgeous. He was very patient with us during the design process and a pleasure to work with. He was always available to take our calls or answer a text message, making us feel like his most important client. Kevin did a meticulous job on the installation. Our floors are very unlevel, but the cabinets are perfect. The end result is even more beautiful than I ever imagined thanks to his attention to detail. He is a perfectionist who takes great pride in his work. I highly recommend this company. Their lead time for cabinetry may be longer than other companies, but it's worth the wait.

After trying three other stores, and being very disappointed, we found Packard Cabinetry…and, are we glad we did! Working with Brody Smith didn’t seem like work at all. He helped us stay within our budget and (very!) patiently helped us figure out all the myriad of other details one confronts along the arduous journey in remodeling an entire kitchen. We struggled with decisions about cabinet colors, cabinet styles, and even the counter top and eventual fabricator for the counter. Brody rode this train of constant indecision with us always good-natured, always with patience and a sense of humor, and always providing several options so we had the ability to make important and well researched comparisons. The cabinets and countertop are installed and look beautiful. We’ve had a couple of minor questions come up and, even though, in our experience the cabinet company has completed their job, Packard Cabinetry and Brody Smith are still in our corner and always willing to help us with the smallest concern. We give them the highest of recommendations!

I walked off the street into the showroom just to see who they were and what they did with no specific plans in mind other than we needed to refresh our 10 year old home. I knew we needed new countertops in the kitchen and masterbath and really thought we might need new cabinets. Brodie Smith was very easy to work with. He came out to the house and listened to what I had to say and created a redesign plan with new cabinets for the kitchen. It might have been really nice to have everything done but I realized that if I did some rearranging inside the cabinets, they would function much better and I really didn't dislike them. So I sheepishly went in to the showroom and said that I really couldn't justify the expense and disruption of new cabinets but would like to go ahead with the countertops if they were willing. The response I got was, no problem, we're fine with that and really there's nothing all that wrong with the existing cabinets. That honest response sealed it for me and I would recommend Packard to anyone who is looking for quality and integrity in a company. Since we wouldn't have the expense of new cabinets, I was able to get Cambria quartz countertops in the kitchen and Corian in the masterbath along with new stainless steel, high-end appliances. Brodie patiently worked with me through the selection processes and found local fabricators and installers who all did a very professional job. He knew what questions to ask and anticipated problems before they could happen. He coordinated the work to fit our schedules and recommended local providers for supplies, etc. I never felt that I was being forced into any decision. The results are great and we were able to stay on budget while getting excellent quality and service.

Thanks to Don, Kevin, and the crew at Packard Cabinetry, our 1940s galley kitchen has been transformed into the beautiful and functional heart of our home. At the outset, Don helped us visualize the possibilities (e.g., relocate the refrigerator across the room) and patiently worked through the many options available with Packard and within our budget. As a result, we were able to anticipate a custom look that perfectly complimented the rest of our home. Working with a 63-year-old space and dimensions that were often out of square, the mastery and precision of Kevin's installation converted the plan into a reality beyond our expectations. We couldn't be more pleased with the products and the service that was available to us thanks to Packard Cabinetry here in Hendersonville.
