It went extremely well.  The vendor I purchased the hot tub from said that the solution to the problem would be to purchase a new hot tub.  Charles came out and recommend that I should not even consider replacing the hot tub since is in excellent condition.  Instead they ordered the needed part to repair.  Will came out and installed the parts and the hot tub is running now saving me at least $6,000 to $8,000 for the purchase of a new hot tub.  I am extremely pleased and highly recommend calling One Call Spa Services for all hot tub repairs.

The work went fine however we discovered we had a faulty control panel as well plus a lingering slow leak. Charles Coniguliaro, the owner of One Call Spa Services, and I discussed either fixing the existing problems with the spa being almost 14 years old or replacing it with a new one. I was skeptical of what it would take to remove the old one as it was in a tough location on the side of a mountain behind our home. Charles said he could do it however they would have to do it slow and careful. He offered to remove it and even give some trade in value for the old spa to offset the money I had already spent with him for the heater repair and new cover. He did not push the sale and said he could go either way (fix it or replace it) and it was entirely up to me. I decided I would like to replace the spa due to its age plus I wanted some new features. He and four of his men removed the spa last week without any issues. I am ordering a new spa with Charles this week to be installed hopefully in about 8 weeks. I am excited I found Charles on Angie's List and the only reason I am ordering a new spa is that I will have his company here to help me maintain it in the years to come. Charles, Elyse - his Admin Asst, and Will - one of his technicians have been very personable and professional. I highly recommend this company.

They were very professional. He has a very streamlined operation. It was very easy to work with. He has a website you go through scheduling and you kind of know what to expect when they show up. The work they did turned out perfect. It was fine.

I love the online appointments.  They ask you several questions about where the electrical is etc. so they know if you need to be home or not.  They didn't need me at home while they did their assessment which was great.  Sent someone out and corrected the issue while there, wasn't that major so they fixed it for us while there.  Got a follow up call from the service person to let us know that they had been there and what they had done.  Invoice came to my email address.  It was AWESOME!!!

they arrived on time and went to work and were very nice and professional. first of all we have a spa that is 20 plus years old and knew nothing about and called the company because the water would not heat.  he gave us a call and ask us to send him a picture of the heating element and he would take a look at it instead of driving out and charging us for a service call. he told us what to try first and when it didn't work he ordered us a new heating system and came and installed it when it came in. the tech. took the time to show us how to work everything and even helped get my grandson out of the front yard so he would not get hurt. I will use this company again for all of our spa needs. it was a pleasant experience for us , especially being new to a spa.

It all started out fine. We wanted a "new" (to us) hot tub, but didn't want to pay the new prices. Plus, we had specific dimensions we needed. So we searched Craigslist in our local area. This guy has quite a few refurbished tubs. With a warranty. Sounds like a dream come true. Two months into our "new" tub, we're sitting in it one evening, and the power goes, and shortly thereafter, all the water starts pouring out from underneath. I don't know what it takes to make a hot tub emergency, but that did it for me. So it was a Saturday evening about 8:30 PM. We immediately came in and both called and emailed him to let him know what was going on. Of course, I would have loved to have had an immediate phone call back, but I didn't get one. Didn't get one Sunday either, but I still wasn't mad at that point. However, by 10:30 AM Monday morning, the honeymoon was over. According to his webpage, his business opens at 8 AM so he'd had more than enough time to call us back and say he was sorry we had this terrible thing happen and he was totally all over it, as per our warranty. But no call. So I emailed his business, practically begging for someone to tell me when I might expect help, since sitting by the phone hoping for help sucks. After several very reasonable emails on my part, a woman who works for the company finally responded by telling me he wasn't coming out that day. So my husband continued to call the guy, Charles, until he got Charles to say that "we should call him that evening to take pictures and send them to him and he MIGHT BE ABLE TO TALK US THROUGH FIXING IT OURSELVES". So much for a warranty. Not that it mattered...because when my husband came home and took pictures, Charles failed to answer our calls. Until 8:30, then he called us back, but of course, it was dark then. So he told my husband he's coming out to our house between 4 and 5:30 the next day. He finally got here around 7:45. Dark again. And guess what? Our entire problem was caused by them having used a FUSE to plug a hose, which should have been connected to something else entirely and clamped properly. He treated us like a charity case, because we had already paid upfront. Which wouldn't have been an issue, if he'd properly fixed the tub to begin with. If you want to buy a tub from the guy, just remember to negotiate for a price that doesn't include a warranty, because you aren't getting much of one (if any) anyways. And maybe take the panels off and check for jerry-rigging before you hand over the money (which they are more than helpful with). In any case, lesson learned on our part. Warranty or not, I will NOT be calling them for service in the future. I pay good money and I want something fixed right. And I want service that treats me right, instead of acting like I'm bothering them. LESSON LEARNED.
