This is one of the most unprofessional real estate firms in the area. Andrea Duke harassed myself and my agent to the point that we will not allow them to show our property. Duke even sent an email that insulted me the seller individually. She became angered because she had a 48 hour wait to preview the property and we require that buyer is qualified. This is a million dollar piece of property. In an attempt to report this action to Mr. George we received the same actions from his assistant Chauncey who ended up hanging up the phone. It reminds you of a "Time Share" agency - " bullying - harassing-insulting. There are plenty of great agents out there Don't make the mistake of choosing this one.

Description of Work: very slow to respond with changes/forms. Did not look at my property himself much; I'm selling out-of-state and he would not get me photos of work/clean up done and paid for. Poor marketer. Overall, disappointing performance. I went with someone else.

I personally visited this property multiple times and we even received an offer on this property. Our goal is to provide the best service to all our clients and I am sorry you were not satisfied with our service. We market our listings to over 350 websites and continue to sell our listings on average in less than 100 days compared to 160 days for the WNC MLS average. I also average 97% of our asking price compared to 94% for the WNC MLS average.
