Rita Magaha spent all the time I needed to decide what I needed. She came out and made sure what size every area needed. All the help was lined up for the date I needed, and when they needed extra help it was provided promptly. She also came out to see the progress during the installing. The job took longer than normal because the old cupboards were built oddly, but there was no additional changes.
Description of Work: Installed 32 liener ft. of counter tops in kitchen and two bathrooms. This inclued measuring, supplying all professionals to remove old counter tops, replace tops and reconnect plumming, disposing of materials, and cleaning up.

The doors were fine. They are beautiful and they did a very good job on the actual doors. When they installed them they used the wrong kind of hinge, all the way through. When he was done and gone, I realized that he had used the wrong kind of hinges. He used hinges for cabinets that don't have a face frame around the edge, but we have face frames on our cabinet doors. It meant that we were losing a considerable amount of storage space in each cabinet because he used the wrong hinge. I sent him an email and he came back and said that he used the very best hinges and it is the kind that is used on the finest cabinets. He told me that if I went to a hardware store and looked at their best cabinets, then I would see that it is the kind of hinge they use. So, I went and it wasn't right, it wasn't true. They only use those on a particular type of cabinet but they didn't use it on the face frame one. We argued back and forth and he refused to change them. Fortunately, I still hadn't paid him the second half that I owed him and I search around and found a guy who said he would do it for $20 a door. Mountain Showcase agreed that I didn't have to pay him the other half. His price was competitive. I have know people who have had problems with quality but mine are good quality. On one door he did use the right hinge because the other one wouldn't fit. He was so stubborn and refused to acknowledge that he did the wrong thing.
Description of Work: We used MOUNTAIN SHOWCASE to replace the cabinet doors in our kitchen.
