Description of Work: I made an appointment for an estimate with Mad Rabbit Renovation. They called at the time of the appointment and had gone to the designated address but in a different city. They apologized and rescheduled for the following Monday. At first I was frustrated that they didn't call the day before to confirm the appointment but was understanding. The next week, I left work early again so I would be home for our 4:00pm estimate. They never showed up or called.

+ 0 moreGreg and his assistant were punctual, arriving on time when they said they would and went to work immediately. They were very professional and courteous, always eager to explain what they were doing and how the job would be accomplished. They worked tirelessly and finished on time as promised. Greg is a craftsman and is extremely good at his job. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day and cleaned thoroughly before leaving the job. I would highly recommend Mad Rabbit for any remodeling or repair job you have, large or small... he can do most anything and he is very reasonable.
Description of Work: Greg measured all the windows in my daughter's house and then ordered them for me at Lowe's. When the windows came in he picked them up at Lowe's and delivered to the house. He and his assistant arrived on Monday as promised and went to work immediately. They installed all eleven (11) windows, including trim work on the inside and were finished on Wednesday afternoon.

+ 0 moreGreg arrived on time each day and he is courteous and professional in every regard. He glued and nailed the hardiboard in place and then installed approx., 110 square ft. of tile. I purchased all the material and Greg provided the complete installation. He was very precise in all his measurements and cuts. I could not have asked for a better job. In fact, I'm hiring him to install windows in the same house. I would highly recommend Greg for any remodeling, repair or renovation job.
Description of Work: Installed hardiback board and then ceramic tile in the kitchen and dining area (110 Sq. Ft.) of one of my rental houses.
