Description of Work: My Generac generator was intermittently failing to start. I originally called a recommended business Backyard Enterprises. When they left my generator woulf not start. I kept calling but they never came back. I called Horizon on a Thursday afternoon and they came the next morning. Within minutes they diagnosed the problem. Backyard Enterprises had installed the wrong spark plug and cross threaded it. The technician from Horizon was outstanding. In addition to being competent by quickly solving my problem he was genuinely personable. Horizon will be my go to generator company. I highly recommend them.
