 + -1 moreVery Unprofessional company. They missed pick ups. Would not take additional bags following week and then with not communication canceled my service. When I contacted them they claimed to have left notes about the bags being to heavy. No notes where left. Bags where not heavy nor was a weight limit ever stated. When asked for a refund I was told that they where unsure when I paid last but the billing cycle had ended so I would not be entitled to anything. Didn't matter to them when they stopped picking up. Just a nice "up yours".

 + -1 moreDidn't pick up when they were supposed to. Never told us holiday schedule. Always had to call to see what the status was of pick up.
