Description of Work: The owner was very professional and wonderful manners. His prices were very competitive and his work was top notch. His price was 1000 dollars less then 2 local fence companies. He was here when he said he would be here with his crew and they worked very hard the entire time. They cleaned up everything afterwards and his staff was very nice. I have gotten many compliments on my pool fence as it looks very rich. I can't say thank you enough as he made it affordable,strong and beautiful. I highly recommend his company,they really know what they are doing!!!

Description of Work: We had a bad contamination of roaches, which we discovered had been brought in with strawberries from the Asheville Farmers Market. I had to move everything out of the cabinets, and leave out for 2 weeks. The man sprayed thoroughly, and killed some, but we continued to have them, so we had to call him back a 2nd time, at which he put out bait. We still see an occasional roach a month or two later, and may have to call again if spraying doesn't get rid of them. | | | |

Description of Work: Sprayed for ants in my bathroom and checked crawlspace. Luke, owner's son, arrived ahead of schedule;he was polite, respectful, and did his job quickly and professionally. I definitely will call them if I have further problems, and plan to schedule a complete house check in the fall.

Description of Work: Inspection of crawl space insulation for rodent activity; nothing extreme detected. Poison bait applied. Revisit expected in 3-month intervals, if needed. Much less extreme fix than another estimate stating all insulation would be removed and replaced.

Description of Work: They performed a termite inspection. I did not have termites, but I will be scheduling an annual inspection with them.

Description of Work: The agent was knowledgeable about carpenter bees, but the service he was offering had nothing to do with controlling those pests (nor could he offer any solutions), only termite control. Another question about possibility of insects in my drains spouts or possibly eaves he could not answer at all, even though he never stopped talking. The service they do provide, spraying around the outside of the house, was not worth the money, as it only controls spiders and possibly insects attempting to cross those thresholds, but I don't have any problems there. He was knowledgeable about termites -- but there the only control is first: visual inspection, and then the localized application of insecticide. No reason for them to come out on a monthly basis (their regular service they offer).
