Gib Gibson The Handyman Who Guarantees

Gib does great work! He came when he said he would, and finished the job in 2 days! He’s a great guy, and easy to work with! I’m VERY happy with my new fence!

I highly recommend Gib Gibson. Gib worked closely with us to design and install a new picket fence, gates, and arbor, and we are greatly pleased with the results. Gib kept his appointment times, answered our questions, provided advice based on his experience, and then, with one team member, expertly installed our fencing to our specifications. Gib was a pleasure to work with, and he demonstrated his master skills throughout the project, which he completed on time at a fair price. Would definitely hire again!

Gib was very efficient and left the house clean. It did take awhile before he could work us into his schedule, but it was certainly worth the wait! Finally, his prices are reasonable. We highly recommend him!

We texted a photo of our damaged fence to Mr Gibson and he gave us an estimate. Mr Gibson arrived on time on a cold winter day. He dug out the old post's cement block, put in a new post and cross rails. It was more work than he estimated but he did not change his price. (before and after photos attached)

Very well - Gib was prompt and efficient. All the doors are working well now. Gib was able to correct the problems quickly and effectively.

We are very happy with the new stairs! They are perfectly crafted, with flawless angle cuts and super strong. Gib came early morning as promised, worked out there on his own and by lunch time he was all done. He also reinforced a gate that was done by someone else last year, and devised a system to keep the gate open for the dog. I also like that he gets all materials needed and that he cleans up after himself!

Gib showed up when he said, did the work, and said it was such a small job that I did not even have to pay him anything. Appreciated the work and the costs he incurred in coming to my house so gave him money and thanks.

Gib kept in contact as to arrival time, arrived prepared for the small honey do list we had already reviewed with him. He quickly went from one project to the next and finished everything in about 1.5hrs. Jobs were completed to satisfaction.

We found Gib through Angie's List when we needed several jobs done in our new-to-us house. I can't speak to how quickly he responds to email as for some reason his ISP thought I was a spammer. He did return phone calls promptly. He showed up as scheduled to check out what we needed done to prepare an estimate. He sent the estimate via email a couple of days later. We decided against having one item done but made arrangements for the other jobs. Again he showed up as arranged and promptly worked through the various jobs. As he says, he cleaned up after the jobs were done. And he put up a curtain rod bracket for free for us, as my drill kept hitting something it couldn't handle. He was pleasant and professional and we will use him again in the future should we need more things done. If only it were as easy to teach our cats to use the cat door into the laundry room where their litter box is ......

I have used Gib before, on the recommendation of a friend. He is able to take on just about anything and does a thorough job, leaving no mess behind. He works steadily, and was able to do a significant list in about an hour and a half.

I was attempting to find a handman to help with several small jobs I had. Mr. Gibson was very reponsive, and very nice. However, I guess he decided he didn't want to do the work. The problem was, he never got back to me to tell me this. I was having guests come the next week, so I had wanted to finish at least some of the jobs. I was extremely disappointed. Now, in all fairness to Mr. Gibson, I had not yet mentioned that I found him on Angies List. I was planning to tell him that when he came to do the work. Perhaps, if he had known about the Angies List connection, he would have gotten back to me and done the work. His extimate seemed very fair, and I would have hired him. However.......................

Mr. Gibson came up with a plan to move the cabinets to allow for the higher refrigerator. He also took off a fraction of one base countertop to allow for better space for the fridge. He has done a variety of work for my mother and myself in the past year and a half. He has been very helpful, and we appreciate it.

This was the second time I had called on Gib for work. It went very well. Gib was on time, worked quickly and neatly and charged a reasonable price. He didn't feel qualified to do several things, and he said so. We've moved from Henderson County, and I'm still trying to find a handyman who's as good.

It was a good experience. We used them because they were recommended by the company where we bought the blinds from. He was prompt, reasonable, he knew what he was doing and he's very efficient. He's knowledgeable when it comes to hanging blinds, windows and other window treatments. He's been doing it for a long time so he's excellent.

He was excellent. I would definitely hire him again. He was punctual and nice. His ability to do things and he seems like he knew what he is doing. He repaired our steps in one hour. He works alone and has his car with stuff in it.

Gib was prompt in giving me his estimate(within an hour). He removed the old lights and replaced the new ones in a timely manner. He worked efficiently and quickly. I am very pleased with everything he did and will definitely use him again when I have a project.
