He wired and integrated tuner/amplifier to external stereo speakers through cable system, including VCR and DVD players. When there were complications, he provided extra time and explanation without charging beyond the hourly rate.

We could not have asked for anyone more responsive, courteous and professional.

i couldn't figure out how to get my stereo to work correctly, mainly, getting video sound from my speakers. he fixed that, and pointed out other things i couldn't.

The professionalism can not be matched. They are responsive, understand our needs and corrected all of our problems. In the past they even built our computers with the latest technology. They are truly a one-stop vendor for ALL our electronic needs. They are most knowledgeable on computers, dish/direct install, Roku and home media centers. Gerhard and his assistant were very polite and efficient in getting to work and getting everything installed. They came in and got right to work. He instructed me on how to use the Universal remote. It was a little overwhelming at first, but he was very patient and knew I may have to call him for further help. He was understanding and made me feel he was there to help me any time. They were very neat. Cleaned up behind themselves. Gerhard explained what I needed to do to get the Direct TV equipment back. He told me he services DISH, so if there's ever any problem, let him know. He's sincere and honest. I had to call him back to relocate the "eye" for the remote because I installed a mantel shelf that blocked it. The bass on my surround sound was a little heavy and he came back to fix that as well. Very prompt. Very nice. A great experience with this company. Gerhard owns the business. It was a pleasure to do business with him. I'm thrilled with my system!! He did such a nice job. Got me a great price on my TV and the labor costs was reasonable. I'd recommend him to anyone. Go get a HD flat screen!!! Let Gerhard install it!

The original installer of my sound system did a very poor job. It was very difficult to operate consequently I rarely attempted to use it. G-Tronics not only corrected the poor installation problems but made the system very user friendly. They are not only highly competent technically but, extremely pleasant people to deal with. I actually enjoyed talking with them and was extremely impressed with their knowledge
