Description of Work: Andy came to assess a possible deck project at our house, which due to the steep incline and the expectations we had for the structure proved to have a significant price tag. However, I don't feel Andy arrived at this number by chance. He was incredibly detailed about the projected use, accommodating an existing deer path and exploring alternatives in design and materials. He demonstrated total professionalism and creativity, even offering a comprehensive checklist of components when we decided to compare pricing with another contractor. Full credit to Andy, the other bid was in line with his...it was just an overall bigger budget than we could undertake. That's the only reason we're not currently contracting him. Description of Work: Kitchen was totally gutted and redone with changes in layout. Installed cabinetry and washtub in garage, new windows in master bath, added recessed lighting in living room, removed attic fan and repaired ceiling, replaced flooring in laundry room, replaced sliding glass door with french door, replaced deck with enlarged deck including changing awning system above deck, wrapped and installed new siding on house, replaced water damaged plywood, built pergola, built fire pit, added concrete pad and walkways
