Description of Work: He serviced my filter to my pump. I've asked him to come back several times and he has not come back.

Description of Work: We woke up in the morning with very little water pressure. Checking all the fixtures I found a leaky toilet. I suspected that the well was drained. However, I wanted to make sure and determined what needed to be done to have it recharge. I called Four Seasons and left a voicemail. Within minutes Greg Carland called back and I explained the problem. He said I probably drained the well with the toilet leak. I still wanted the assurance it was not something else or that the pump had burned out running all night. He said he would be over in half hour... he was here when he promised. Gary checked the breaker, water pump; opened the well cap and checked both power and water pressure. He found the plate with the information about the well. He suggested I keep the pump off until next day and if that didn't solve the problem he would return. I asked if I should pay him for the visit... he said, call me tomorrow and let me know either way. Next morning I turned on the pump and water was flowing again. I called and left him a voicemail telling him all was Ok. He just charged me $85 for a service call. He was honest, efficient and did a great job... I will use him again and do recommend Four Seasons to others.

I called Greg at approx. 11 a.m., and he was. at the house at 12:30....diagnosed the problem and had it repaired by 5 p.m. We also used this company to provide well service to our new house. They did an excellent job and were reasonably priced. We highly recommend this company. Ed and Toni Gillilan
