The work, once started, went smoothly and efficiently. The cost was less than the estimate, which was a nice surprise. John's hourly rate is very reasonable, and his attitude is friendly and positive. I gave him a "B" in responsiveness because return phone calls were later than what I hoped for, and I usually got voicemail rather than John. I can overlook this small bit, however, because the overall job was thorough and to my liking.
Description of Work: We had old rotten fascia all over our house, which had holes large enough for small animal entry. John and his coworker took all of the old rotten stuff down and painted new fascia, while also straightening and cleaning the gutters. The attic is now sealed from animals and the fascia looks new and nice.
