My mother, with 30+ years experience in real estate, said he was the best home inspector she has ever worked with. During his walk through he gave great tips on home maintenance, areas of concern, likely outcomes and possible remedies. His report, which was ready in 24 hours, was very detailed including photos of all his findings. If I ever need a home inspector in the future, I will definitely hire Adam again.
