Description of Work: I purchased a foreclosed home that needed a lot of work. I couldn't afford to contract everything out and I didn't have time to do it myself. I hired Daniel to oversee the entire project which took 9 weeks with a total cost of $125,000. Besides overseeing the project I also had to travel out of town and while I was gone, we took out a bank draft and paid the contractors as I asked. I was able to trust Daniel with the finances as well as finished the job in a timely manner. I will be using him again to finish the basement in 4-6 months.
