I called and made an appointment with Jose (the owner) because he had originally taken care of our system when we moved in a few years ago. He was very nice over the phone and we agreed on a date and time. He was due on 2/19/19 at 8:30 AM. When he hadn't arrived by after 9:00 AM, I called his mobile number thinking that he must be running late. No answer. I then called the office number and he answered. He told me that he didn't have any appointment scheduled. Very unprofessional.

This is not a reputable company. They did an inspection and pumping on my sewer system when I was purchasing the house. There inspection report was very late and they did not note any problems or issues. Six months later my septic system is bubbling out of the lawn and they will not even come out to give me an estimate for repairs let alone take any responsibility for a badly performed inspection. I really am disappointed to find out that a company would come out to do the easy high margin stuff and then not followup with when the customer has problems. I cannot recommend a company that has no loyalty to their customers or willingness to fix the problem.

When I called for an appointment Jose was very clear on what would be done, how long it would take, and what it would cost. He showed up promptly at the appointed time and was very professional as he and his assistant located the septic tank and drain field. Jose took the time to explain everything I needed to know about my system. In the end he charged a bit less than the quoted price. I will definitely use him again.

They did great! We called 3 companies. This company was the only one to both come out to see the site before giving the quote and to email us the quote, rather than just give it to us verbally. The job wasn't as big as he first thought so it actually came out under the quote!
