Glenn remedied problem and installed malware protection and a cleaner program. Followup: In September 2017, we heard that the Piriform cleaner had hacking issues on PCs. I phoned Glenn and asked about this and his guarantees to alert his customers should problems arise with his install programs. He immediately got back to me....calling long distance!! on the eve of his wedding!!!! (he did not want me to worry!!). He assured me that Apple products/Macs were not affected and that he guaranteed all of his installs. Very responsive, ethical serviceman...super service. Only critique is, expectedly, repairs not done immediately. Servicing is done 'first come, first serve' basis....you may have to wait a few days.

Glenn is a super knowledgeable and was very sensitive to cost issues. He gave great advice and executed the repairs perfectly. He runs a small mom and pop shop, and because he is so talented and good with clients, he is always busy and can get backed up.

I found him on Angie’s List and I had a very satisfactory experience. First of all I got the impression that the gentleman was very honest. He was right up front with me that my computer was not worth of what I wanted done. He assisted me with another matter and he was very proficient technically. So I give him very high marks. There was no extra charge for the few issues that he took care of and so I was very pleased. I just walked into the office and I was actually warmly greeted, and they didn’t know who I might have been. They were very friendly and very pleasant people to deal with. I’ve heard that others are much more expensive. I thought he was very fair on the price. He just didn’t call quite when he promised but I can’t really 4.14 him on that for not being here either. I wasn’t unhappy at all though. The computer work was definitely finished at the time as promised. I would absolutely be right there if I have to use him again in the future.

My computer was knocked off a table causing my USB port with wireless mouse receiver to be pushed inside the computer case. I really could not be without my computer, yet knew the USB port with mouse receiver (which was loose inside the case) had to be removed or it could fry my drive if the metal should touch it. They were extremely helpful and had my computer back (along with my mouse receiver) in my hands the same day! Couldn't ask for better service and will be the first business I call should I require a computer repair again!!

I though the fan motor for the power supply was failing. Glenn quickly diagnosed the issue as the fan attached to the video card was failing. Within 24 hours my pc was repaired and back home. I will use Blue Mountain again this year to build me a new pc to replace my eight year old Dell PC.

Even though I brought the computer in the week prior to Thanksgiving, he as able to complete the work in a reasonable amount of time and kept me appraised of his progress.

This was a fantatsic expreience. I highly recommend them. When I dropped off the computer I was given and estimate. I was called and all the problems were reviewed. The final cost did not exceed the estimate. I am so very satisfied with the service. I will gladly return with any other computer problems.

Glen took the computer from me and assessed it. It is not too old but was running slow. I don't it use it much except for travel and that is what caused part of the problem. It had some spyware and many unused services hogging the Ram and others hogging the hard drive. As Glen said, " It isn't running like a Hugo but it will never be a Ferrari!" which is fine with me. I would recommend Glen to anyone. He is trustworthy and excellent at what he does.

I dropped the laptop off on a Wednesday. Glenn, (the owner) went through a detailed explanation of what he would do and also explained what his minimum and maximum costs would be, so there were no surprises. He stated his current turn-time was running a good week to week & 1/2, and he had my unit ready in just a few days. A great example of under-promising and over-delivering! Went to pick up the unit, he had made a "cheat" sheet for me with what to do if/when further issues arose, as well as 2 back up discs. The machine appears to be running flawlessly AND he gave me a discount for quoting Angie's list! It's very comforting to know that in a small town like ours, you can get this kind of quality service!

I received excellent friendly professional service form beginning to end. I left my Lap Top at 4:30 PM . They found a used replacement screen in stock, worked late and I picked up my repaired lap top at 8:00 PM It was less than 6 hours from the time I first called them to when I was back at my desk working . I highly recommend Blue mountain Computers.

I was impressed with the work they did. They are excellent. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

He was very good; we liked him and we have gone back to him a couple of times. He seems very honest and personable; he will take the time to talk to you and explain what he is doing but I think the pricing on my computer work was a little high. My husband had a problem with his after the guy left so he took it back in to him and they fixed it at no charge. I will use him again in the future.
