Joel was excellent. he arrived on time and was professional and courteous and, best of all, extremely knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge with us. After installing the new natural gas logs, he discovered the remote was not working. He helped us order a new one that will arrive this week. He taught us how to bypass the remote, and we used the fireplace tonight and were absolutely delighted. Great service, and we will definitely use them in the future.

Ben Franklin plumbing, especially Joel, are the best! I had found a puddle of water on the floor in my utility room, right next to the utility sink. This was on a Saturday right before Christmas, with my family just about to arrive. I called Ben Franklin Plumbing and the person who took my call was supportive and very helpful. In less than a half hour Joel, the plumber they had assigned to me, was on the phone. He was great! We went over possible causes and what he might have to do and the possible costs. While he was preparing to come over, my wife cleared the space around the sink for him - and she found a bottle of distilled water under the sink that was leaking and clearly was the source of puddle. I sheepishly called Joel and told him I would not need him to come over. He totally understood and was supportive and kind about it. I offered to pay him for his time that I had wasted, but he would not hear of it. He said a thank you was enough for him. So, Joel, here is my big THANK YOU! You are my go-to plumber from now on, and I will recommend you to everyone I know!
