Work done beautifully, great experience with plumber and company overall. I will definitely refer friends and family. When I had a problem weeks later I called them and they sent someone out the same day, problem fixed. Thank Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, I give you an A in product and customer service!!!

Richard was awesome! Very knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly- honest. He figured out the problem in less than one minute(the vents attached directly to the pipes). He laid out my options and we have a plan to resolve the problem. Someone else had come out 2 days ago and wanted $1175......and wanted to do work that would not have fixed the problem. Thank goodness for Richard. He is now my plumber of choice.

Doug was my technician. I really appreciated the call that he was twenty minutes away and really like that he was on time. COVID mask was worn the entire time Doug was here. Crawling under the farm sink was not easy, Doug never complained or grumbled, and this is why I hire someone who knows what heâ s doing. I would recommend and call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for future jobs.

Had to have a new sewer pipe replaced. Joel went above and beyond the normal hours when he ran into another problem. Work was done on time and price was what they had quoted . I would highly recommend them.

Richard was able to analyze faucet problem quickly and recommended we purchase new part for later installation.
