Same day response fee is totally worth it when you don't have water without causing further damage to the house. Having many other potential future plumbing issues he was kind enough to take the time to give a comprehensive quote. Cant afford it all right now, but I may pick and choose and get some more work done to prevent future surprises. I would definutely consider them again for future work.

Richard arrived on time, fully prepared to undertake the periodic servicing of our tankless water heater. He explained everything he was going to do and why it was necessary. He also explained the necessity of checking all drains, toilets, and plumbing fixtures throughout the house. When he was finished, I felt confident that our entire plumbing system had been examined -- for the first time in 20 years! He is a licensed plumber, which not all "plumbers" in North Carolina are.

Ben Franklin and especially Phillip Munoz were great. Though booked thru Nov., Phillip came out on a Sat to look at an outside leak that was causing tons of water usage and a leak into the basement. He had to come back the following Sat when a backhoe was available and go down 7 feet to get to the leak. He and his partner got totally filthy but fixed the problem. They cleaned up the area and gave good advice on a couple other potential problems. I plan to use them again for a drainage problem and recommend them wholeheartedly.

They have an annual contract which includes entire plumbing inspection and water heater flush twice a year! That in itself is more than the annual fee. Jason is great and very through.
