They were dressed nicely and worked at a good speed. They did a great job and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. They were respectful and to my surprise they cleaned up and it looked like no one had been working. A first for me.

The young man who came was very experienced, knowledgeable and courteous. He was very professional in his work and clean up. I was impressed to say the least. Would totally recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing to all family and friends with no problems. Have thier card on my fridge and will use them for any future work I want done or repairs to the systems in this house.

Absolutely delighted with level of service, on a holiday weekend no less, and I will certainly both recommend him and use him again if I have any plumbing needs of any kind. In less than an hour from posting my search, owner Phillip Muniz was at my home and not only confirmed that my water heater was past repair, but gave us details on every option, with costs and had the work all complete in less than 24 hours, including removal of the dead equipment and clean-up. I could not be more pleased!

We had a water leak close to the street. 10000 gal in a month according to water co. Called this Co. They came right away. Brought expensive equipment . They did say it would cost $250 if they took it off the truck, but it was VERY sensitive and could find the smallest leak. We agree. They could not find the leak, but did try to sell a new system from the street to the house. The bill was over $300 and leak not found or repaired. Had another Co come out. Leak was found in 30 min, repaired in less than 2 hr total. the leak was 3 feet from the meter and 14 in deep. cost was $120. Maybe they usually do quality work , but not for us.
