Henry showed up on time and was very nice and thorough. He gave me a free estimate and performed the work right then and there after I agreed to the cost. The price was a little high but other quotes I received from other plumbers were higher and I was pleased with the work and customer service. I will definitely use this company again should the need arise.

I can’t comment about pricing because when Joel came out he didn’t charge anything! However my wife and I learned more about plumbing and other house-related issues from Joel than anyone we had ever hired before. We will be signing up with Benjamin Franklin plumbing as our main service contractor for all our plumbing needs as soon as we relocate to Asheville, North Carolina. The Benjamin Franklin receptionist, Vicky, was amazingly competent. We’re also very impressed with Home Advisor for steering us to such a quality organization.

The plumber sent by Benjamin Franklin was Joel. From the first conversation I had with him via phone I knew he was honest, knowledgeable and the right man for the job. He was fantastic, personable, right on time and went way above and beyond to provide me with great customer service and a job well done. He did a beautiful job installing my new hot water heater and correcting a failing waste line problem. In addition to that he got my frozen sink disposal unit working without me asking him to do so. What a great job by a great man.

They responded quickly. They worked hard but ran into a problem with water shut off. I would have them finish job but price was high. He admitted they were most expensive. They gave free 1st time courteous service call so was impressed with their generosity. I hired another company to complete job that mobile home park recommends. Benjamin Franklin plumbers were great though. If money was not an object & close to other company price I would have hired them.

To be honest, the person did not actually come. But, I talked to him a long time on the phone and he told me what he thought the problem was and what I could try. He would be happy to come but this would save me some money if it worked and he would come the next day if it didn't. It did work and I will hire this company and Joel (I believe his name was) to do any other repairs. It was so nice to have this type of service! It was really appreciated in this day and age and I would recommend them to anyone.

The plumber was very knowledgeable. He was pleasant, neat and punctual. He needed to pick up parts and made another quick call to another customer but came back when he said he would and finished my job quickly. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing seems a bit pricey, but I found discount coupons on their website. I will use them in the future. Overall, very pleased.

Was told I would get an estimate before fixing, went ahead and fixed, it was just a loose garbage disposal, took 3 minutes, charged $110.00. Wasn’t happy!!
