Joel showed up asap. Professional clean appearance; explained all cost estimates before starting work; explained all his decisions on why he was doing what he was doing; work was clean, neat and professional. Cleaned up all areas when finished. Bonus from Co. was 10% veterans discount. They are absolutely on my call list for future work.

Replaced water heater. Joel was right on time and did a great job of replacing the water heater, very professional and a very nice person.

Called us immediately and set appointment for next day. Joel came out and he was able to fix the hot water valve under the kitchen sink. He did explain everything before he did the repair. Great experience!

What a great company! They returned my call right away and Joel came out that very afternoon. We had a few minor fixes (toilets) that he took care of, and with his expert evaluation he was able to rule out a possible leak in our ceiling from an upstairs bath. He also pointed out some potential problems in our tiled shower and even recommended someone to help us re-tile that area. A great experience all around! Joel was knowledgeable and friendly and the fee was reasonable. I will definitely call them again if we have any more problems.

I was not home at the time of repair. On first contact I was told there would be a 49 dollar fee. So I said ok, not knowing they meant a 49.00 fee for just showing up. Normally it is a fee to evaluate the problem, then they do the work , then add the cost of the parts. He had to replace the float and stopper and that was all. I was charged over 135.00 and he didn't break down labor and parts cost. My wife said Joel did a good job, but I thought I was mislead on the cost.

Henry was our service guy. He called before coming and was on time. He was very personable and professional. He told me what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He did a great job; I am very pleased with his work. What can be an anxious experience actually turned out to be a good experience. At first, I was a little apprehensive that the cost may be a little high from reading their reviews, but I feel the cost was very reasonable and fair and I will definitely recommend them.
