Regarding a service call in January 2010: We are a service provider and only stand behind products we install. If we are an approved service agent for other products we will always provide our professional opinion. We provided [member name removed] a water test and did not charge a service fee at all. In 95% of all cases of well water use iron filters do not work well alone due to changing conditions of the Ph of the water. Any filtration service company will confirm this. I provided [member name removed] with a quote to equip him with a resolution to his iron level problem. His existing unit needed to be rebedded, but recommended an auto-clean unit vs an upflow unit that requires much more maintenance. Any homeowner can call any number of service groups to provide a recommendation based on their own expertise. That's the free market. [member name removed] never approved us for any of the proposed work to which we were there 2 hours for an evaluation and proposal. His attempts to discredit our company without providing absolute proof that he did fix his problem with an apples to apples comparison to our recommendation is disheartening. I am aware of the integrity of our business practices to treat all of our customers with respect and to offer true lasting solutions. We always welcome constructive criticism, which helps us service our clients better. However, talking to us directly first would have been appropriate and appreciated.
