I saw Anner's Roofing replace the roof on my neighbors house. I was impressed with the quality of the work they were doing and the care that they took. I hired them for my wife's house and since then two of my rental houses I own. I am very satisfied with the work that they do and would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work. I won't use anyone else.

Called and Carlos came out, provided an estimate that included a more extensive approach to addressing the roof leak than other estimates. Came out a few days later with his crew, ripped off the shingles, discovered the cause of the leak, repaired the leak using quality materials and with the recent rains and storms we have had I no longer have a roof leak. Cleaned up beautifully after the roof was repaired. Thanks to Carlos and his team!

Their bid was twice as high and they needed at least 6 weeks before start and said it was a 2 day job.

Their estimates were 2 to 3 times my lowest estimate.

We wanted a metal roof installed on a small vacation house 100 miles away. I had trouble finding anyone that would even quote the job. Called Anners and Carlos said he would be there tomorrow morning. Carlos and Anners came and quoted the job and described all that the quote would include. We accepted the quote. Anners took care of ordering the material and supplies. We decided on a standing seam roof which I was told is the best metal roof, but the installer needs to be experienced in standing seam. Anners had installed standing seam roofs before ours. They brought a 5 man team and completed the roof in 4 days in between rain showers. I watched the process and was amazed at the intricate details of the install. Everyone was very skilled in the job they did. We could not be more pleased with the final product. I would recommend Anners with the highest praise and will use them again. I will try to add pictures of the final result.

It went smoothly. We worked with Carlos who is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. His crew was prompt and knew what they were doing. An easy experience for us.

I had gotten 4 bids on the roofing project. This company presented a bid that was toward the lower end of the range for this area. I did research on the company and found that they had been in business over 10 years and had good reviews from other customers. After working through the details with the manager, I contracted for them to do the work. They were able to start within a few days if I was ready, so we scheduled the work. They brought the materials the day before so that they could get started early. They showed up at 7:00 AM and estimated that they could complete the job in one day. The crew consisted of 3 roofers and two helpers. They worked non-stop for 10 hours only breaking for lunch. I observed their methods and was very impressed in their workmanship. I also was able to talk to the job foreman and ask questions as they went along to understand what they were doing. In the end, they did a thorough clean up although I still find some small pieces in the tall grass. They were true to their word and completed the work by the end of the day. Overall, I am very pleased with the outcome.
