Andy Ladeau

The job took a week. My wife and I are extremely happy with the results. The words that I would use to describe Andy are: patient and meticulous. He is a perfectionist. He tells me he has been doing this for 30 years and I believe it. He worked as if he was doing his own home. There was no rush just to "get it done." From the very beginning, Andy was easy to reach on the phone. When not immedicately available, he promptly returned calls. He showed up on time. He followed directions. Measurements were precise. Things fit well. He cleaned up after himself. The way I honestly feel is that, after seeing Andy in operation, I would be afraid to get anyone else to do any ceramic work for me in the future. Andy also tells me that he does other types of floor work, such as carpet, vinyl tile and linoleum, hardwood and laminate, etc. I have not witnessed Andy doing any of this work, but based on how he handles himself, I am certain he would do an outstanding job with these other materials. As you can tell, my wife and I are ecstatic about our new shower. "Thank you Andy."
