We recently purchased a home in Hendersonville and wanted to have all the exterior door locks (including a keypad) re-keyed. I called Mark and he came out that afternoon and did the job. He also made extra keys for us for a very reasonable charge. He was very friendly and did a super job, including giving me pointers on how to reset the code on the keypad. I highly recommend Alpha Locksmith!

Mark is an Irish native with a great personality. He was prompt, and worked and performed professionally like a true craftsman. The new keys for seven locks (replaced 1) work like butter. High and unqualified recommendation.

It went great. Mark came over the same day I called him. He took the doorknob off and found the problem and fixed it. He also checked all the other doorknobs because none of our doors work exactly like they're supposed to. He took another set of knobs off some French doors and tightened them up, and the other door was just swollen due to all the humidity so that wasn't anything to do with the knob or lock. And he has a delightful Irish accent. =)

He's brilliant. He searched web (AT HOME) for instructions, because one of the locks was missing its instructions. He found them, he came back, and it works great.

Immediately you could tell that Mark is a real professional, and courteous and personable as well.. During the process, he showed me problems he encountered and asked what I wanted to do about them. He cleaned up after also. Overall great experience. Very accommodating for scheduling and arrived promptly after a phone call to confirm our appointment. We recently purchased a home in Flat Rock and wanted to re-key two access doors, since we were unsure who had keys prior to us. Mark answered the initial call personally and scheduled an appointment later the same day. He confirmed by phone prior to coming, and arrived promptly. The job took ~45 minutes and totaled $76.00 for the call, 2 locks and 3 additional keys. Mark was pleasant, professional, and we would use him again without question. Thanks, Mark!

I called Mark on Thursday and made an appointment for Friday. He arrived as scheduled and quickly re-keyed our house for a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him.

Locksmith arrived a bit early and got right to work. He was quiet in deference my sleeping spouse. The whole job took just an hour. Mark was genial and efficient. Highly recommend.

Locks were worked on PREVIOUSLY, unknown to us. Because of this, one new lock assembly was needed, and some redrilling and realigning of lock was necessary. Had these extra steps NOT been needed, overall price would have been $40.00 lower. Quality of work was good, Mark was thorough and pleasant, price was acceptable.

I think they change 9 locks. No, had some rekey. You just give the key and don’t remove the lock. I have a key that works on every single door. I have only one key for all deadbolt and all the turn knobs. I have 4 doors with two locks on them, a deadbolt and a regular turn knob and one door that have a deadbolt so I have one key that works on everything. It took a while with a lot of doors. He was on time. He was professional. He was a nice guy. It takes a while to change my mind.

We purchased an older home where every exterior door was operating off a different key, and some of these doors had more than one lock. Mark Mathews re-did all 6 exterior doors - regular lock and deadbolts - so that we could operate with one key. Parts had to be ordered and he came on 3 different days to do the work. He was dedicated, on time, and accomplished what essentially looked like an impossible task. He did not give up where others might have. We are extremely pleased with the job he did and his professionalism. We would definitely recommend him and will use his services again should the need arise.
