Description of Work: I took my lawnmower to A-1 on a Saturday morning. I was told that they were working on about a 3 week delay, which was fine with me. However, I got a call the following Thursday that my mower was ready. I picked it up on Saturday, 1 week after I dropped it off and it's working great now! The folks working there were pleasant and the repair price was less than I had anticipated.

+ -1 moreA1 SE picked up the tractor, "repaired" it, and returned it. Within 45 minutes of operation after the delivery, the same malfunction occurred. They charged me for parts, which in reality was just piece of wire that held a component in place. That piece of wire was the problem, and in fact I could have inserted a nail or cotter pin to do the same job.di
Description of Work: Left transmission of a zero radius tractor was inoperable.
