I can't get a final inspection because my electrical and plumbing permits expired. I hired him as a contractor. He has not finished the job. When we did the addition it included siding. I paid him, and after that I had to buy the new bathtub and toilet. I also had to buy the tile for the floor, paint, light fixtures, sink. They also left the closet empty with no shelves or bars. The bathroom ceiling fell in. I have mushrooms growing out of the bathroom floor. I have mold damage. He plumbed the bathroom incorrectly, causing pipes to freeze in the winter. I have to have these re-done. I paid $75 a month for water before he worked on the home. Now it averages $115 a month. He broke things in the house. He cut the power out, and forgot to restore all power. This left our deep freezer to thaw. He didn't clean this up. He wanted $2,000 to put siding on 3 walls. I had someone else do this. He got mad and left. He left in August of 2008. After the ceiling fell in from the bathroom he told me that was normal wear and tear. At this point the addition was not even two years old. He asked if I crawled on the ceiling above to make it fall in. When I went back to the city after finding out the permits had expired I found out he had installed the drywall without having the plumbing and electrical work passed. I have to have this sheet rock removed. Tiling has failed, which he has blamed on cheap tile.
Description of Work: They got a permit on May 12th, 2008. This was to add a walk in closet and bathroom. This was to be 8x20.
