Have been performing this service for approximately 8 years . Service man, John, is very polite and friendly, but very professional as well. Very prompt and very accommodating, never had any problems and price is reasonable. Will continue to use this company.

Moved into this house in July of 2007. Saw ants everywhere in September of 2007. Called around to different companies. Most wanted to 'service' the house. Pay a fee now and continue to pay a fee for every month and they will give you a guarantee. Whitco was NOT like that. They promised (guaranteed) to rid me of my ants for a one time fee of $150.00. So I agreed and, if I recall properly, they spayed three times that year. We were good until September of 2009. I again called Whitco; paid them a one time fee of $150.00 and they treated, I believe, twice this year. Fingers crossed, as we are getting close to another two year anniversary. However, if I can pay a company $150.00 (a one-time charge) and the ants INSIDE my house go away for two years. I am a happy person. Do I ever see an ant? Yes, but they are few and far between. An ant trap here and there also helps.

I used this service for a few years until the previous agent retired. The new agent wouldn't make appointments that worked with my schedule saying he could just treat the outside "this time." This time ended up being every time. I tried discussing my scheduling needs with the office staff, but even thought they said they would schedule appointments when the time came the following quarter they did not. Moreover, when I would rearrange my schedule to meet the agent, he frequently didn't arrive at the scheduled time sometimes early, but often hours late. Fed up, I canceled their services and signed on with another provider
