When I had the go ahead from the insurance company to start the process, Serve Pro brought in their huge dehumidifiers to completely dry out the place. Next step was to pull out all the carpet, vinyl, furniture etc. that was damaged. Phase two included replacing all that was damaged. Melissa in the office gave me progress reports all the time and assisted with all the details of getting things back to where the house would be liveable again. She is extremely knowledgeable of every aspect of that process. When everything was completed, Keith met me there for the final walk through and it looked great! He is also extremely good at what he does and is very much into the details. There were a few minor things and those were marked and taken care of. I highly recommend ServePro for any water damage and restoration projects!
Description of Work: My Mom's house (out of state) was empty for several months when I discovered a leak that had happened behind the commode. That little leak caused extensive damage throughout the entire house. There was mold growing on the bottom of the cabinets, carpet was soaked through and the water damage had crept up into the sheet rock as well and behind the kitchen cabinets. I immediately called ServePro in Henderson NC. The Serve Pro representative who answered the phone was very attentive and arrangements were made very quickly for someone to get out there and inspect the damage. Not long afterward, Keith met me there along with my insurance adjuster and they were extremely thorough with their inspection of the damage. They answered all my questions (and I had many).

Our experience with Servpro was wonderful. We were very pleased with their work and professionalism. However our Insurance company, because of the Agent's neglect, would not honor the claim. Servpro was most kind and allowed us to pay off the bill in monthly payments and without any added interest. We would love to have had them do the restoration of the cottage but we could not afford it. Servpro is expensive but they do excellent work and they come when they say they will and do what they tell you they are going to do. I would reccomend them highly.
Description of Work: We had a water pipe break inside our 400 square foot Bed and Breakfast on our property. There was considerable water damage on the first level of the cottage. I spoke with my insurance agent and they called Servpro for me. They were at our house in just a couple of hours and worked quickly and efficiently. They took up the flooring in the kitchen and the carpet and drapes, molding and books, etc that our guest had sitting by the bed. Everything was removed from the first level. They took the curtains and comforter to the dry cleaners. They removed the insulation from under the cottage. The back portion is open underneath for storage. When all that was completed they left huge fans blowing to dry the cottage. They came daily to check and then remove the fans when things were dried out.
