I think it was about $225. What happen was there was a pipe in the floor, between the first floor and the second floor. It evidently had sprung a leak and had got jammed up with something in the line itself. The building was built in 1990, so it’s an old, old building and it’s an old lead pipe, I guess you call them. Anyway, they had a choice of either taking up the floor or going in through the ceiling which was in our office. We chose to do the ceiling in the office, because it would be easier to take care of for a repair. They went ahead and repaired it. They cut a hole in the ceiling, had the drywall, it was a drop ceiling. They put a new piece of pipe in and took the old piece out, and then put the ceiling back by putting a hatch in there. It was one of those plastic hatches. Which now in case we ever have to get back into the ceiling to get to anything else in that area, we can do it very easily by just going up and taking the drop door. The labor was about $140 something & the hatch itself was about $50 or $60, so it was around $200. If we would have taken up the floor in the bathroom, which probably would have cost us a $1,000. They’ve been handling our plumbing both in our business and our home for the last 20 years.
