Called them and as we live nearby a technician who ended another job early came by the same day. Our Kohler home generator we non-functional and on need of extensive service and repair. Walt Jr. diagnosed the various problems and explained what was needed to get the unit running properly. Some parts had to be ordered and the needed service was completed that next week. Walt Jr. knows his product and I couldn't be happier with how it all worked out...

The guys will answer you immediately and do a good job. I chose them over the other company due to the early answer.

The place where I needed work was in the middle of nowhere and they got lost coming there. But, they showed up and the work was fine.

Pricey

It is expensive, but at least it is in great working order now and hopefully, I won't have to worry about it for a few more years, just the annual check up. Great job!
