Description of Work: They come in twice a year for preventative maintenance on my system. They did a spring checkup.

Description of Work: Came on time, honest n reasonable.

Description of Work: This was a routine maintenance on the indoor and outdoor components of my heat pump and also included leveling the outside unit which was necessary due to erosion. I have used Mountain Air for a number of years for annual maintenance. I have found them responsive, friendly and reliable.

Description of Work: The day before we were to leave our vacation home in Murphy we discovered water leaking from our air handler. We had not 'yet' found a company to use for servicing our a/c -- not only an in opportune time, but we didn't have anyone we knew. We called Mountain Air (Tom) around 7:30pm and while we expected to get an answering machine, he answered. We told him the issue and our time constraint. Tom promised to come out the next morning and as promised, showed up exactly on-time. |He quickly assessed the problem and took care of it - educating me in the process. |Absolutely professional -- I will definitely keep Tom (Mountain Air's) information handy should I need service or even a fully system replacement in the future.

Description of Work: Although we elected to go with another dealer for the Trane brand, Tom was extremely knowledgeable about all areas of HVAC. He spend a good amount of time at our home explaining American Standard. Had ONE of us not been so hung up on name recognition, I believe AS and Mountain Air would have been a great choice.

Description of Work: repaired gas logs and did a service routine on heat pump

Description of Work: They fixed a burst pipe in my attic, then returned a week later to check it and apply tar. This time a walkaround outside was performed [which I never would have thought of] to check further.
