Description of Work: Fixed a leak in my roof. I'm over an hour away from these guys, so they didn't call me back for a week or two. One day, Matt called and said he was in the area. He ran out to the house and did the repair in less than an hour from calling me. If they would have called me back within the first 48 hours of contacting them, I would give them all As.

Description of Work: A leak over the bathroom window everytime it rained. Exposed nails were found that could be the cause. They were sealed, but the next time it rained it happened again. They came back out and walked the roof again and found water sitting in the shingles by one of the vents. Replaced some shingles, sealed the nails. It hasn't rained since, but he was pretty confident that we would have no more problems. He was very honest about the condition of our roof, wood, paper, shingles, and we should have several more years before we would need replacement..
