+ -1 moreWow, what a difference there is amongst Realtors. Vera immediately contacted my friend and sent him information on homes meeting his requirements. She was always available and responded to his questions promptly via, email, phone calls, Skype, etc. When his wife and daughter took a house hunting trip, Vera cleared her personal schedule to help them find the perfect home. The transaction had some problems because my friend lived out of the country but Vera coordinated the Power of Attorney so that I could sign documents for my friend. She also supervised all of the inspections and gave sound advice to him throughout the transaction. In my friends words "She went above and beyond what anyone should expect of a Realtor".
Description of Work: When a college classmate of mine told me he wanted to move to our area (coastal North Carolina) he asked me for a Realtor who could help him find a home. I put him in touch with a broker from a reputable company but she did little to nothing for him so I then referred him to Vera Hergmann.
