+ -1 moreAlthough the repair person was not thrilled to be working on a gas heater and also a brand he was not familiar with he was willing to check the heater out. The company did not sell the pool heater to us and so they did not have any vested interest. It would have been very easy for the company to simply refuse to even look at the heater but in the end it was very fortunate for us they were willing to provide service. The repair person was very meticulous. He worked through the recommended options systematically until he found our problem. The solution to our problem took longer than expected from both of our standpoints which forced the repair person to make more than one visit to our home to finally resolve our problem. Throughout the repair visits the repair person was courteous and professional. The bill we received at the end of the labor was quite reasonable.
Description of Work: The repair person fixed a gas pool heater that failed to work due to an automatic shut-down. We were told up front that our heater was unfamiliar to the repair person. He had never worked on that particular brand before but was willing to look at our heater and then call the tech support for the heater company to see what was recommended. Our pool heater was successfully repaired.
