Towed auto in, did not tell mechanic what was wrong. Mechanic replaced oil pump and seals, Mechanic started auto to get it from parked position to location for repair, stated they had test drove the car after replacing oil pump and seals. Upon leaving with auto, check gas cap light came on and sounded like a helicopter. Returned to Gand H and they realized the it had a hose to the intake valve was not hooked up and hooked it up. Thought that would have been detected when test driving. Car still made horrible sound and took it to the dealership and was told the car had been run without oil and the cam shaft and lifters were destroyed and would have to be replaced. Dealer said this should have been detected when oil pump was replaced. Now we are without the use of the car and it is going to cost us another approximate $3100. Normally we have always had Gand H do the work on our vehicles, oil change, state inspection, tune ups, light replacements, etc. We have usually had good service and I a timely manner. For some reason, this time it was as if the left hand did not know what the right hand had done. The mechanic stated he was not told what was wrong with the car only that it was towed in. I have lost faith in one of the people that work there and do not trust him anymore.

G and H Tire and Auto Ctr. provide excellent service. They are exceedingly trustworthy in the work they do. I am very comfortable with them. I would use them again in the future.
