It was great. We had used Linda Rawls before and wanted to do so again.

We are military, and she is very accommodating and understanding of the military and what our budget would be and things like that. We didn’t have to explain it to her right from the get go. My husband was getting ready to deploy right before we bought our house, and she worked with us from beginning to end when we went through the entire process of buying a house in less than thirty days. She handled the sellers really well and their real estate agent. She helped us, and we were able to get the house at less than $20,000 of their asking price. She was absolutely phenomenal; I couldn’t say enough good things about her. I have referred her a couple of times. I still keep contact with her, because she is going to manage this property for us when we move and we use it as a rental. I know that she got a percentage. The property that we bought was not listed with her agency, so she and the real estate agent that was managing this property split the commission. She was great.

Excellent service and assistance. They took the time to explain all the details of the house-buying process to a first time buyer and even went out of their way to help with other small details like finding a fridge, furniture, fencing, etc...
