+ -1 moreChecked heat pump and said it needed new parts and needed to be refilled with Freon. They said they had to find the leak before refilling. One month later heater stopping working. Called many times and left messages no call back. When we did speak with office help we were told they were busy and call some one else. Felt they did the work and should re check to find problem. We finally called another company and the unit was out of Freon. Leak had not been fixed. $800.00 wasted. We again tried to contact them and found out that they claimed we did not pay our bill. Bill was paid with 5 days of work being done and we have the proof. Company finally admitted they had been paid but never came back to check their work.
Description of Work: replaced parts on Infinity Heat pump, filled with Freon Did a check to find leak, said leak was fixed

+ -1 moreCalled Dare Air and they were able to send someone to check out the system with in hours. Service was prompt and reasonable. We would use them again.
