Description of Work: they replaced our water line at a commercial building. while installing the new water line they cut right through the sprinkler system water lines. they told us they would return in the spring when we resume watering the grass to repair the sprinkler system lines. we have attempted contact with them several times and no results. they were paid and they are ignoring our calls to repair what they destroyed.

 + -1 moreWe had a water leak in our sink on a Sunday. Michael (owner) to repair. We had thought it was a major leak as water was coming out onto our hardwood floors. It ended up being a simple fix- the hose had came loose. Not too businesses come out on the weekend- truly appreciate his dedication. Would definitely use again.
Description of Work: Fixed water hose that came loose, removed screw from garbage disposal.

 + 1 moreThe Toilet was not installed properly and it rotted out my floor were as the toilet started to fall through the floor. The tankless heater is to far from the areas that need it and it takes forever to get any hot water it should have been put were the old hot water heater was just outside. Calling them was a TOTAL waste of time I now need to replace my floor of the bathroom. The new pipes took away the water pressure and I use way too much water trying to get the hot water.
Description of Work: Replaced some pipes installed a tankless water heater. Replace a toilet and fixtures in the main bathroom.

 + -1 morethis company is in my town and I try to patronize local businesses....I called twice in urgent need of a hot water heater quote and I NEVER heard back from anyone at all so I had to find someone else. Zocam obviously has more business than they need!

Description of Work: They fixed a pipe that had been punctured with a nail. The pipe was repaired quickly and they did quality work. They are knowledgeable and very personable. They cleaned up after the job and were professional. I also had some other work done at a different time and they surpassed our expectations. We definately recommend.
