Description of Work: Service person was not professiona lin appearance or behavior. Told me the system was ruined before looking at the unit, and before applying any gauges or even turning in the system. Was sent by Warrenty company, and tried to under cut the warrenty company and their coverage.

+ -1 moreTurned into homeowners since it was a lightning strike. Homeowners Insurance Co sent out their own HVAC person to inspect, and said it wasn't installed properly and refused to reimburse me. Called the company over 15 times, actually talked to the owner who promised to come out, and still have not had a call back or service, or HEAT. This has been an experience of over 6 months. I still haven't had heat or been reimbursed for their work, but they have my money! BEWARE!!
