Generally the people from RK were nice and easy to work with. It took a while for our insurance company to make the money available for the work, but that wasn't their fault. There were two issues that shouldn't have happened. When we were planning the roofing we said we didn't want a 'flat roof' like we currently had. We knew it would be more money, but never talked about how much it would be. When we ordered the roof, they never gave us the option of 'architectural' shingles which we would have preferred. We didn't realize it until we saw the roof and it was very disappointing. It did save us some money, but we would have rather had the better looking shingles (that also have a lifetime warranty). The second issue was that when the put on our siding they were short on two rows of siding. It took them about three weeks before that siding was installed. However, overall, I believe the quality of the work was good and the people were kind and apologetic about both issues.

It was good. They were prompt and did good work. They cleaned up and were friendly. The price was good.

The crew was courteous and worked hard to get done quickly. They often stayed late (dusk) to get done, were thorough and even replaced any bad wood they found for no additional cost. The house looks great and all of our questions/concerns were always addressed quickly.

Very good experience. RK Representative Brian Hoxter was very proffessional and courteous. Very easy to deal with and RK handled most of the dealings with the insurance company as this was an insurance hail damage claim.

My home was damaged by hail. The roof, siding, and gutters were all replaced by RK Restorations, and my home owners insurance covered all work. The work crew arrived at my home in the morning to replace the roof. They were fast, very efficient, and courteous. They completed the roof in the afternoon, and cleaned up all traces of the work. About a week later the siding crew came to the house. I was informed about what would happen, that I needed to remove items from inside walls and how long the work would take. They were very efficient and worked well around the house and completed the work in two days. Everything was cleaned up when they left. The day after they left, the gutter team arrived and installed the new gutters in hours. All work was done well, fast, and the cleanup was excellent.

Excellent service and excellent crews for all the various jobs they handled for us. Would definitely call them back for other work.

RK Restoration is a roofing and siding company that specializes in hail damage claims. They were doing a lot of homes in my area and although I was a bit skeptical, I called them to see if we would qualify. After Erik Coleman of RK did an inspection, he said we would qualify for a new roof and ought to qualify for new siding as well. That started the ball rolling with my insurance company, USAA. Erik was very knowledgable about the entire process with the insurance claim, as well as the requirements of involving the mortgage company, since they hold a lien on the property. After the adjusters inspection, we qualified for a new roof and 2 of the 4 sides of the house with new siding. RK was able to install the new roof, and re-side the entire house for the price fo the claim. They also paid the insurance deductable as long as we agreed to post an RK restoration sign in our yard for 1 month after the completion of work. The roofers did a great job, and the siding folks were top notch. I was impressed by the attention to detail in regards to the siding as I have not found a spot that they did not trim and caulk properly. Well done! I give RK Restoration my endorsement. They did a great job with the hail damage claim and were very professional throughout the entire process.

They were very attentive. They worked with me and the insurance company so I didn't have to do that much. They have a really great crew. The crew is very large so they are able to complete the work in one day which is convenient.
