Landscape Lighting Resources

We needed our old lights upgraded to LED and several circuits repaired. Doug came out and gave us expert recommendations and delivered as promised and on time. It wasn’t cheap but I definitely got what I paid for.

Fixed everything and reset all cables and light fixtures.

Responsive and professional. Just wish a timer was included in the package deal so that one can control timing of lights coming on and off.

Called and asked what happened. I was told I would receive a call back - waited another 35 minutes and called again. First possible to rectify the situation was in the afternoon of the same day which was unacceptable. Indicated I would find someone else. Extremely poor customer service or regard for customers time and work schedule.

We had used Doug in the past for our Up-lighting. He always does great work for us. The guys showed up on time, drew us up a very nice plan for our yard, and got to work a few days later. Everything went smoothly, Doug always took the time to fully explain all the processes. I am very happy with his service.

They did a great job, I would definitely recommend them.

It was wonderful; they did such a great job. They were so nice to work with. They came out and helped me design the landscape. It was freezing cold when we were working outside. They were fantastic! I was extremely pleased. After they installed the lighting, they came back out a couple of weeks later just to make sure that everything was adjusted the way that I wanted it and the timer was set correctly. They were terrific to work with, enthusiastic and reasonable. I did get other estimates from other people but I found them extremely willing to do the things that I wanted done.

Very pleased with their work and responsiveness. We obtained three quotes and they were overall the best in all categories.

From proposal time to installation everything went very smooth. Our sales person walked the property with us numerous times to make sure we got it exactly how we wanted it. She was very knowledgeable and assisted us in every step. She made an otherwise tedious, time consuming task, a total delight. She even put a light in a trellis by the lake so we could see the effect and sent us a picture of it as well. We can't say enough about Landscape Lighting Resources.

We have been very satisfied with our lights. Recently a squirrel chewed on one of the electric wires. DeAnna came out at no charge and replaced the light in question. The service has been excellent. The price was about half of another estimate we received.

We are very happy with the job they did. Our house looks amazing and we get raves from our neighbors. DeAnna and Doug did an outstanding job. Their prices beat other estimates because they are the manufacturers of the lights. I would recommend them and have added more lights since the initial installation.
